What a fantastic four days (unfortunately Friday too wet), full of sunshine, games, and most importantly Fun !!!! Significant demand to enrol in Cul Camp 2023 (CC) with 255 children signed up - our biggest ever number, surpassing 236 in 2022. !!!

A huge thank you to the many volunteers that made this happen - the great collaboration of our clubs- Ballinhassig GAA, LGFA and Camogie, with thanks to our chairs of LGFA, Richard Deasy and Camogie, Triona Jardine. Our CC committee for their support, with special mention for Mary O'Toole, James Hickey, Sarah Rice - this camp would not have taken place without your energy, vision and implementation. Our team of coaches, lead coaches, assistant coaches, volunteers, First Aiders, parking stewards, etc. over the course of the week was phenomenal...the support and enthusiasm each day was fantastic to be part of.... sincere gratitude to you all.

It was great to be part of an exceptional team and a huge callout for James Hickey for leading the CC in such an organised manner, to Mary O'Toole for the incredible work on team lists, messaging etc, and Sarah Rice for your fantastic coordination. If I forgot to mention anyone please be assured we greatly appreciate all your work for the week and your continued support - and hats off to all our volunteers and I really hope your kids enjoyed the week.
